Members of Arnot Manderson Advocates have broad experience of appearing at public inquiries under the Public Inquiries Act 2005. Several members of the stable were recently instructed as counsel in the Penrose Inquiry and the Vale of Leven Hospital Inquiry, including as Counsel to the Inquiry. Our members also regularly appear at fatal accident inquiries held under the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1976.
