Ceit-Anna is experienced in the law of public inquiries and is instructed as counsel to the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry. In that capacity she has been involved for many years in advising the inquiry on the legal aspects of its work and presenting evidence at public hearings. She is skilled in examining vulnerable witnesses and those who have experience trauma.
Ceit-Anna advises on all aspects of family law including financial provision on divorce and financial claims arising following cohabitation. She is instructed in disputes involving children including residence, contact and relocation cases. She is experienced in dealing with applications under the Hague Convention and with applications for permanence orders and adoption. She is frequently appointed by the Court of Session as curator ad litem, reporting officer and child welfare reporter.
