Martin is a specialist in personal injury and medical negligence litigation. He has appeared in many difficult actions. He has experience in cases concerning delayed diagnosis of disease, cosmetic treatments, offshore injuries, dominis litis disputes, assaults of care workers, sexual assaults, injuries caused by animals (including other than dogs) and industrial diseases. He is instructed in catastrophic injury and death cases, and “lead” actions.
He is instructed regularly in matters of public law, particularly in the field of social care/welfare.
He has appeared at Immigration Tribunals for the Office of the Advocate General & has a wider interest in civil liberties, human rights and immigration law.
He has undertaken pro bono work in employment and housing cases.
