Gregor brings over a decade of civil litigation experience to the Bar, with a practice focused on personal injury, clinical and professional negligence, and insurance law. He accepts instructions across the full breadth of these areas, including catastrophic and fatal injury claims, complex cases involving allegations of historic childhood abuse and industrial disease claims.

Prior to devilling, Gregor practised at an international firm, where he was responsible for the management of high-value catastrophic and fatal injury claims on behalf of insurer clients, as well as being involved in group action proceedings. Earlier in his career, he spent five years working in house at a medical defence organisation. In that role he led teams of solicitors, counsel and medical experts in the investigation and resolution of complex clinical negligence claims across Scotland, Ireland and South Africa. He also has considerable experience in defending doctors and dentists in regulatory proceedings.

Having acted for both pursuers and defenders throughout his career, Gregor has developed a balanced perspective on the reparation landscape and is equally well placed to accept instructions for pursuer and defender clients alike.
