Clinical and Professional Negligence

Arnot Manderson Advocates has particular expertise in cases involving clinical and professional negligence. Chambers and Partners ranks several of our senior and junior counsel top in this area. As well as conducting clinical negligence cases for pursuers, members have acted for NHS hospital trusts and medical defence organisations. Our stable’s very wide experience encompasses cases involving allegations of negligence by doctors, dentists, nurses, lawyers, accountants, engineers, architects and surveyors. Members have also represented individuals and disciplinary bodies at professional disciplinary proceedings.
