Commercial

Arnot Manderson Advocates is one of Scotland’s leading stables in commercial law. The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners rate highly many of our members with this specialism. Instructions cover all aspects of commerce, banking, insolvency, insurance and construction. Our counsel regularly deal with claims arising from commercial contracts, joint ventures, partnerships and intellectual property disputes. Members’ expertise is also frequently sought in disputes relating to insolvency, unfair prejudice and other aspects of company law. Counsel make regular appearances in the Commercial Court and participate in arbitrations, expert determinations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
