Public law is a dynamic and thriving area in which Arnot Manderson Advocates plays an important part. Public law encompasses administrative law, which is dealt with primarily by petitions for judicial review. After being raised in the Court of Session, such petitions go on to regulate decision making bodies. It’s common for public law cases to touch on aspects of human rights and planning, areas in which our members have a broad range of experience.
