Areas of Practice

Property

Several of the Arnot Manderson Advocates stable specialise in property law. Our expertise spans disputes concerning breach of missives and between landlords and tenants as well as all aspects of land law, planning law and environmental law. Members also regularly deal with professional negligence claims arising out of property matters, and advise on valuation and rating. Some are proficient in agriculture and crofting law. All members with a property focus regularly appear in the Land Court and the Lands Tribunal for Scotland in addition to the ordinary courts.
