Areas of Practice

Crime

Arnot Manderson Advocates covers the full scope of criminal work in Scotland. Our members conduct trials in the Sheriff and High Courts and are equally adept at appearing before the Criminal Court of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court. Among our number are many with considerable expertise in fatal accident inquiries, Children’s Hearing referrals and the growing area of regulatory crime. Proceeds of crime cases are a speciality of several. Criminal cases often touch on aspects of human rights; our members can draw upon wide-ranging experience of this area. Some of our stable currently serve Crown Office as Advocate Deputes.
