On 27th March 2025, the Commercial Practice Group at Arnot Manderson hosted a highly successful seminar, drawing a strong turnout of 80 attendees. The event provided an excellent opportunity for professionals to engage with key legal topics. The presentations covered several areas, including an in-depth discussion on commercial confidentiality and legal privilege, the latest developments in group litigation in Scotland, and a detailed case law update on civil procedure. The seminar proved to be an enriching experience for all who attended.
