In September 2020, David W Cobb of AM Advocates (pictured below) was commissioned by Law Brief Publishing to write a new textbook on Adults with Incapacity Law in Scotland.  This is an emerging area of law on which David has delivered a number of Talks and Courses in recent years.

The book entitled “A Practical Guide to the Sheriff Court and Protecting Vulnerable Adults in Scotland” has just been released and is available from the Publishers and on Amazon.  It is hoped that Practitioners will find it a helpful and straightforward aid to acting for vulnerable clients and their families.”
