Arnot Manderson Advocates are delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Gardiner, Advocate, as a part-time legal member of the Pension Appeal Tribunal for Scotland.

The appointment is for a duration of 5 years.  The Pensions Appeal Tribunal for Scotland hears appeal from forces’ personnel about the refusal of forces pensions or the level of such awards.
