Kenneth Campbell, QC has been appointed to the Scottish Civil Justice Council (SCJC).  He will replace Kenneth Forrest, Advocate, whose tenure is coming to an end, and will have a three-year term.

Chair of the SCJC , Lord Carloway, the Lord President, said: “Mr Campbell has already brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the (SCJC’s) Rules Rewrite Committee and I welcome him to the Council.”

Mr Campbell is a former Director of Training and Education at the Faculty, and is Vice-Chairman of the Scottish Council of Law Reporting.

He joins Lynda Brabender as the two advocate members of the SCJC.
