Arnot Manderson member Kenneth Campbell QC has been nominated as Chairman of the Scottish Council of Law Reporting, publishers of Session Cases, the most authoritative Scottish law reports. He had been Vice Chairman since 2014.
In addition to publishing Session Cases, the Scottish Council of Law Reporting hosts the annual Macfadyen lecture, given by a senior judge, and it also supports work to make Scottish legal sources more widely available.
Kenneth said “It is an honour and a responsibility to follow Jamie Millar, and other distinguished past leaders of the Council. I have been closely involved in extending the range of older ‘hard to find’ material which the Council has made available via BAIILI and other databases, and I look forward to continuing the Council’s work in making legal information as widely available as possible.”
