Kate Dowdalls QC will be speaking at this years Four Jurisdictions Family Law Conference taking place this weekend in Edinburgh at the National Museum of Scotland.  The conference will examine a host of issues, including child protection, legal aid, enforcing divorce judgments and the crossing of borders with children.  Kate’s talk is entitled “Child Protection – Threshholds Tests for Intervention”.
