Frank Burr, Advocate, of Arnot Manderson Advocates, has recently trained and qualified as a Family Law Arbitrator in Scotland.  He becomes one of over 40 members of FLAGs, the Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland (“FLAGs”).  FLAGs consists of a number of specialist family law solicitors, advocates, and members of the judiciary who have worked together to devise a system of arbitration suited to Scottish family law cases.
