David Cobb of Arnot Manderson has added to his range of Articles on Mental Health and Incapacity Law with the publication of “Bridging the Bournewood Gap - the Scottish Law Commission Report on Adults with Incapacity”, 2015 SLT (News) 13.  The article reviews the recent SLC Report on Incapable Adults and the proposed legislation.

David is also the author of the Greens’ Commentary on the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003, the updates to Stair Encyclopaedia Update and Scottish Human Rights Service on Mental Health.  He is also a contributor to the AM Newsletter on Mental Health and Incapacity Law.
