Kenneth Campbell QC appears before Holyrood Committee

Arnot Manderson member Kenneth Campbell QC gave evidence on behalf of the Faculty of Advocates to the Health and Sport Committee of the Scottish Parliament in relation to the Mental Health (Scotland) Bill  on 18th November 2014. The Committee’s roundtable discussion covered a number of important topics including supported decision-making, the proposed increase in length of the automatic extension of short-term detention certificates, and notification of information to victims of crime committed by mentally disordered offenders.
