Andrew Young QC, Joanna Cherry QC & James Barrowman of the Stable each recently provided respective in house training to the fee earners at Digby Brown and the Central Legal Office.
Andrew’s seminar at Digby Brown’s offices discussed the implications of the Enterprise & Regulatory Reform Act 2013. This Act brings about a sea of change in personal injury actions with the removal of claims for breach of statutory duty in respect of many of the main regulations which have previously been at the forefront of personal injury actions. This seminar has offered practical guidance on the options for pleading personal injury actions in the future.
Both Joanna & James undertook lunchtime talks at the Central Legal Office, on the subject matters of The Supreme Court and Employers Liability respectively. Very positive feedback was received from the attendees of these talks in relation to how well the content of the talks were tailored to their needs, aswell as the general overall style and presentation of the talks.
If you would be interested in receiving in-house training on any of the above subjects, or indeed any other matters, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to get this arranged.
