The “Scottish Human Rights Service” published by W Green & Son has become an established Reference Guide in the growing field of Human Rights Law in Scotland, since it was first published in 2000.  David Cobb of Arnot Manderson has written both an update to the main section relating to Mental Health Law, as well as the fully – revised set of Case Notes published in the latest Release, which record a number of significant recent decisions in the Strasbourg Court.  David is also the author of the Greens’ Commentary on the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003, and the Stair Encyclopaedia Update of Mental Health
