The Arnot Manderson Family Law Group are delighted to invite you to their third Annual Family Law Conference. The conference, which will be chaired by Marie H Clark, Advocate, will include presentations from six Stable Members all of whom are highly experienced in this specialised area of Law. The Conference is designed to give practical guidance to agents and counsel.

The event will begin with Coffee & Registration at 9:30am with the first talks, by Stuart Buchanan on Interesting Capital Claims in Divorce and Frank Burr on whether or not an action of Division and Sale can be defended, starting at 10:00am. After the morning coffee break Alan Inglis will address the Conference on International Child Abduction. The morning will be rounded off by a question and answer session.

The afternoon session will feature talks by Kate Dowdalls on Section 28 Claims – the post Gow v Grant experience and John Macpherson on Source of Funds arguments in claims for financial provision. Finally we will hear from Ceit-Anna MacLeod who will deal with Recent Developments in Family Law Procedure. There will be an opportunity to question the panel before the Conference closes at 3:30pm.

Attendance at this event counts for 4 hours CPD. The cost of the conference per delegate, including lunch, will be just £75 plus VAT. A group discount is available, firms booking two places will be entitled to a third place free of charge.
