Public law is a dynamic and thriving area in which Arnot Manderson Advocates plays an important part. After being raised in the Court of Session, such petitions go on to regulate decision making bodies. It’s common for public law cases to touch on aspects of human rights and planning, areas in which our members have a broad range of experience.
