Arnot Manderson Advocates has a strong contingent of members specialising in personal injury. Our counsel are experienced across the board: in reparation cases, road traffic accidents, all types of industrial accidents and diseases, and catastrophic injury. Reparation cases have involved appearances at Sheriff Court and Court of Session levels as well as before the Court of Appeal and even the House of Lords. Our members act for both pursuers and defenders, and have considerable experience of jury trials. Representation at fatal accident inquiries is another area of expertise.
