Employment, Discrimination and Harassment

Arnot Manderson Advocates has a strong track record in successfully presenting employment cases. Our members appear before the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal and in the Inner House of the Court of Session. Equal pay, working time, transfer of undertaking and discrimination law are among the issues most frequently in dispute. Our members are also regularly instructed in relation to claims of unfair dismissal and restraint of trade.
