Ceit-Anna practices predominantly in the area of family law. She advises on the legal aspects of the breakdown of relationships including financial provision on divorce and financial claims arising following cohabitation. She is instructed in disputes involving children including residence, contact and relocation cases. She is experienced in dealing with applications under the Hague Convention and with applications for permanence orders and adoption.

Ceit-Anna is frequently appointed by the Court of Session as curator ad litem, reporting officer and child welfare reporter.

She has experience of regulatory law and since 2016 has been a Legal Assessor to the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Ceit-Anna is currently instructed as junior counsel to the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry.
