Laura Thomson will be speaking at the Law Society’s ‘Limitation (Childhood Abuse) (Scotland) Act 2017′ seminar on 5th March 2018.

This new Act came into force in October 2017, lifting the three year time limit in reparation actions arising from childhood abuse.

Laura will join leading experts offering guidance on, and exploring the impact of this new Act.
