On 26th September Arnot Manderson member Kenneth Campbell QC gave evidence on behalf of the Faculty of Advocates to the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee of the Scottish Parliament about the EU (Withdrawal) Bill.  Speaking before giving evidence, he said “This Bill obviously raises important constitutional questions. But it is also legally and administratively one of the most complex pieces of legislation considered by the Scottish Parliament or by the UK Parliament.”
