BJ Gill remains as Standing Junior to the Home Office a position he has held for the last three years. Catherine Smith who was also initially appointed in 2012 has been re-appointed to the General Pool and will be available to work for all UK Government departments, as will the other appointees.
Commenting on the news Arnot Manderson Practice Manager Andrew Sutherland said “The re-appointment of these five highly regarded Juniors is richly deserved. The Stable is rightfully proud to have so many of its Juniors representing the Advocate General in Scotland. These important appointments reflect the strength and depth of Scotland’s largest full-service Stable, across a number of different practice areas and disciplines.”
